We were coming through Indiana and just crossed the border into Ohio and stopped for lunch. Marc did his routine when we stopped, checking out our tires, frame, awnings, just to make sure everything was ok, especially after those roads. Well, when he looked, he found that our frame was broke along with our “so called new suspension”. So, got on the phone and contacted Big Rig and then got us a third party help. They welded our hanger and changed a couple things on one part of our suspension. Yes, our new suspension. Of course, we were quoted a price and know they did not work those hours, but it’s done and we are back. We will never use Big Rig again. Now, Marc checks these every time we stop, so before Indiana, we know everything was fine. Indiana roads are outrageously bad, and I mean bad. So, adjuster came out and supposedly looked at our damage, which we are here and never saw him look at it, will see. We are here in NY so ok for awhile.

Yes, we were lucky that during our routine check after getting off the road, we pulled into Ohio welcome center just off Indiana East, and Marc noticed that our Brand new suspension was broke as well as our frame. All was good when we left our last stop just outside of Indiana, so it had to be the tremendous rough roads through Indiana. We called Big Rig and they used third party to come “fix” us, thousand dollars later. We will never use them again. Now waiting for the “adjuster, someone who knows nothing “.
