Quote from Richard R. on 2025-05-30, 10:21 amWOW, how can a trailer pass QC and not notice a window is missing? This industry is failing the people big time. You would think that the RV Dealership's would push for some oversight by Congress. This cuts into their profit, since they have to fix the issue and the Manufacture does'nt pay much for it.

Quote from Brenda S. on 2025-05-30, 11:07 amQuote from Brenda S. on 2025-05-30, 11:06 amHow could they miss a window? They are really getting sloppy. They don’t do QC on every rig. We found that out when we went and did a tour at Heartland. They said they just randomly pick one and check it. I didn’t believe that either.

I would suspect they put in a standard window into a spot an emergency egress window was supposed to be in. But yeah, How the Heck do you miss that. It really seems like there is little to no QC being done on every unit. Bet they are just picking random units to check.. and then (possibly) dealing with it. I am also surprised that the dealers have not asked for oversight.. but they might be afraid to.
