Disney Springs Parking Troubles
Starting on January 13th Disney will close 3 main parts of the Orange Garage at Disney Springs. They will be closing levels 3, 4, and 5 and it is unclear how long the refurbishment work will take so it is unclear how long these areas will be unavailable for. The Orange Garage is a main parking area for visiting Disney Springs and handles a large portion of the parking. So, without the main part of this garage, it is going to cause congestion in the other garages and make finding parking difficult. If you're planning on visiting Disney Springs in the coming months you'll want to arrive early so that you have time to find your parking spot or if you're staying at one of the Disney hotels you may want to use Disney transportation instead of driving your own vehicle.

If you recall when we went thru that garage, the maze to get thru security was crazy. I wonder if they are going to revamp the security check point to make it easier to get thru? The way it is setup now, takes away a lot of parking space. I might take a ride down there to see what they are doing. Plus I can get some Ghiradelli ice cream. 🙂
