Ismeralda, Tark, and I have decided to now offer “Free Access – Does not Expire” instead of a limited 30 day access. All the public has to do is Register, there is NO credit card required. Anyone who previously registered as "Complimentary Access" was upgraded to "No Expiration".
We have also changed “Members” to be more accurately named “Supporting Members”, and as always, they have perks that Free Access does not get. There is no change to the member rate.

The biggest change in the budget was the IT support time allocated to Tark. Now that most of the dust is settled on the site, his time is predicted to be a LOT less work on the site and he will be focusing on other projects we have.

Tark put in $30,313.83 of work for us on startup, and was budgeted ~$16k for future ongoing work just in case.
BUT the new budget for his time is now $877 per year. That lowers the threshold on the number of paying Supporting Members we need for the site to be self sufficient. Hopefully we will reach that goal soon with everyone's help.
