The FAQ is the 1st place to go if Have Questions or Issues

We cover a lot in the FAQ section, and are always improving it based on your comments, questions, and issues - and our observations on what might need an FAQ.

Just contact us with your thoughts If

- - You think we should have a FAQ on a topic we don't have
  - Something is not clear to you - so we can possibly reword it
  - You find a Typo.. (we are good at making them, and love help finding the gremlins)

2024/11/11 Update:

We have paid for an upgrade to the FAQ system that now allows us more control of the presentation, and more importantly the ability to Link to a specific item in an FAQ. This will help a lot as we build up Help sections and then refer to them in other parts of the site.
