RV Recalls 6-29-2026

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has issued the following recalls for the RV industry:

AIRSTREAM, INC.

Printed Circuit Board May Overheat

An overheated printed circuit board increases the fire risk.

Potential Number of Units Affected: 303.

Airstream is recalling certain 2026 Classic and 2025-2027 Interstate RVs equipped with certain MaxxAir N-Series Maxxfan rooftop ventilation fans. The printed circuit board may fail during certain operations and overheat.

Dealers will replace the printed circuit board free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed Aug. 21. Owners may contact Airstream customer service at 1-877-596-6505 or 1-937-596-6111 ext. 7401 or 7411. Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs) involved in this recall will be searchable on NHTSA.gov beginning Aug. 21.

FOREST RIVER, INC.

Electrical Shock from Mislabeled Circuit

Electrical shock increases the injury risk.

Potential Number of Units Affected: 1,824.

Forest River is recalling certain 2025-2026 No Boundaries, Ibex and 2025-2027 rPod travel trailers. The 110-volt circuits on the distribution panel may be mislabeled, which can result in electrical shock.

Dealers will replace the circuit labels free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed Aug. 1. Owners may contact Forest River customer service at 1-574-825-0856. Forest River’s number for this recall is 47-2072.
