RV Recalls 5-26-2026

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has issued the following recalls:

Keystone RV Company

Incorrectly Tightened Shock Bolts

Loose shock bolts may cause a loss of vehicle stability, increasing crash risk.

Potential Number of Units Affected: 773

Keystone is recalling certain 2024 Cougar, 2025-2026 Alpine, 2026 Montana, and Walkabout recreational trailers. The shock bolts may have been incorrectly tightened.

Dealers will replace the shock bolts, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed June 1. Owners may contact Keystone customer service at 1-866-425-4369. Keystone’s number for this recall is 26-483.
