Victron MultiPlus-II 12V 3kVA 2x 120V
I have GS Roadside Assistance and this past Friday night I was at the VA in Orlando for MRI's and when I got to my car to go home, it would not crank. Called GS for a jump and they sent a Tech who arrived within 45 minutes. The previous time I called them, I was in a rest area on I-95 also for a jump and Tech arrived within 1 hour. I guess it has to do with the area and availability of service tech.
Area may have something to do with it, tho in two of the places we were in, the one was just down the road, from the man who pulled over to help business yet they did not call him. It may be different due to what needed to be done also, car needing jumped to tire on a rig might have been another reason. Need more equipment for tire on a rig. I believe it may be that they either don’t pay well for those to go out and of course, lack of knowledgeable workers too. I can see if it out in the area where you are lucky to even get service, but in the city main drag, no. They all have issues, mostly knowledgeable of RV’s and what it takes, so we went another root. We get a bit more since it is with our insurance. Just be safe and aware of where ever you break down at.
