We are here at this park for a bit longer due to dental work. It’s a newer park, not real small but much smaller than most. It’s about an hour or so East of Ashville and about an hour from Charlotte. This park is two leveled and has three different price points. They are currently building what looks to be showers and laundry, but we are not certain. Sites are stoned, has a little front lawn and paved drives. They have dumpsters, WiFi , dog poop poles with bags and small play ground on top level. They keep it clean, mowing and blowing . Now as for rules, like many, not enforced.
