If you’re ever in NC and around Ashville to Winston Salem, go to Hickory, NC. There we have found a great Mexican Restaurant, LaAutentica Mexican Restaurant. We have gone a couple of times and have not disappointed us. We met up with some RVer’s that we met in NY while they were passing through. This restaurant also makes the best Margaritas. They even use a cute robot to deliver most of their meals, entertaining to say the least. We will likely to go again, as it is on the way to see family.
