What RV do you have? Info and help from others on your type of RV.
We have found that there are not many on any of the RV social sites we had been on or are currently on that has the same RV as we do. We did meet another couple when we were Workcamping that had the same rig, years ago. It was good that we had the same rig, they called us up and wanted to know about our hitch and the brake line on the hitch. After talking to them, we took pictures to help them what ours looked like and it actually helped them from a serious issue. Helping others with knowing about your rig or asking help because someone else has the say one, is so valuable. Any help to others to save on their budget and to teach others new things, is so great of a lifestyle. So if you would like to offer what you have for a rig and want to share what you know about it or want to know more, just ask.. Enjoy and be safe.

Richard R. already made a very similar suggestion. We have already discussed this concept with Richard and a few others and decided to not do it for many reasons. Least of which, it tends to clutter up an area.
We instead created the two fields in the Profiles to handle finding folks who have the same rig. Information about your rig is also handled in the Profile. This allows for the info to exist and be searched.
We trust that you will encourage folks to use what is already in place.
Note: You phrased this like a post, not a direct suggestion to us. So it took a couple of reads to figure out. However if you edit out the highlighted paragraph in your post, this would make a great Info Post in RV Upgrades section which is all about helping people, or learning neat new things to consider for their rig - and then we can move the post to there.
