Just added "Go to Top" function

Now that we have enough going on in the Discussion section, we added in the Go to Top function which will appear on the lower righthand side of your screen once you have scrolled down a bit. The icon looks like this (but smaller of course. Just click it and it will take you gently back to the top of the page.
