Cookies for fall
It was cool today and leaves were falling, good day to bake cookies. My husband loves cookies, I can take them or leave them. So one of his favorites are peanut butter, so made some with and without chocolate chips. I also found a new recipe for eggless pumpkin cookies. After I made them , I rolled them in a little more pumpkin spice along with some cardamom spice, one of my favorites. They turned out nice and soft, tho as you know, pumpkin does not really have flavor.

Thank you. Went apple picking with grandkids and kids, and got way too many apples. I have a great Focaccia recipe, so made apple cinnamon focaccia balls and bread. Turned out well but too sweet for me, but my husband loves it.
