Good day to bake

Had a cake mix up in cupboard so decided to make mini waffles with it. I then made chocolate ganache and once it was done, I whipped it up. I also made some mixed berry sauce from some berries we picked and some we had fresh. Straining the seeds were so tedious . Then I made some home made whip cream. So, I put it all together and this is what it looked like.

PS , I also made cranberry oatmeal cookies, Marc’s favorite.
