Another Refurbishment During Disneyland's 70th Anniversary

At a time when you expect all attractions to be at peak performance because the parks are expected to have high level of volume another one is going through refurbishment. On August 18th Radiator Springs Racers is going to be shut down for about a month. There is no open date set as of yet. There is just an approximate time of closure given. Again all this is going on during the 70th Anniversary Celebration. Poor planning in my book.
