Plans for the upcoming Holidays?
What are your plans for the upcoming holidays? Have you begun decorating or finished? Now that Thanksgiving is done, and it was a nice one with turkey and all the fixings, what’s in store this month. We have all our decorations up, lights out and now time to start doing my Christmas cards and other decorations, wreath for our doors. There is a contest here where we are to who has the most decorated site. Our neighbors are fully involved in winning, they have decorations on both sides of their site. Just wish they would shut lights off at night when they go to bed. Show some pictures of what your place or some decorations you have up. We would also like to know what you think about leaving lights on all night. Maybe we can have this as part of the discussion this month. I will send some pictures after I take a few. This is also the time where I make lots of goodies, cookies and candies.
Spending my holiday at home preparing for my cruise celebrating the new year out at sea. Port of Call, Cozumel, MX, Cayman Island, Jamaica, and Disney Castaway Cay. Wishing everyone a Blessed Christmas and New Years.
Thanksgiving (and my birthday before it) were quiet as always. Not doing much for the holiday season with no kids around.. but will bring out a few of my favorite decorations.
Happy belated birthday Alan. I am also a November baby lol. Our current plans are to spend Christmas morning at my Mothers house. My brother and I get there around 4:30 am and cook for the clan. There are 22 of us in total but 16 of us will be there. Those plans can change if I get forced to work Christmas day shift or midnight shift. We won’t know for sure until the week of. The morning will still go on minus me. It will work out either way. Possibly Kim’s family the following weekend. They are still working out those plans. We are all decorated and ready, (I think) 🤔

Our son is coming up to stay in the park with us for Christmas. We've got a cabin just across the way and we will be doing a traditional Christmas baking and cooking and having a good family time together. I'm gonna upload some pictures of what we've got a few decorations around the RV so far. And as far as leaving the lights on all night, I don't think you should do that. That's a little disrespecful.
