That time of the year
Hello friends, just wondering if you all have your winter travel plans ready? We finally got a reprieve from the over 100 degrees we have had for months. We have our reservations booked, family coming for holidays and ready to get moving south again. We have also been working on our plans to travel back to see family on the East Coast as well. Holidays coming and already have some Christmas shopping done and getting ready to do my homemade cards. Hope everyone finds a place to be for the holidays and are able to share them. Be safe and enjoy your travels.

Which one of the cruise lines are you using, or is it via a smaller vessel? My Dad used to take the yacht to the Bahamas all the time.. it's where I learned to scuba dive when I was 10 (had a special small tank)
We are going to Helen, Ga at the end of October to catch the end of the month long October fest they have. That will use most of the vacation days we have left at work. Not taking the 5th wheel this time. Rented a cabin. That will be it until next year.
Both my cruise's are with Disney. In November we will be on the Disney Dream that will go to Disney Castaway Cay and the new island Disney Lookout Point. Then in December will be on the Inaugural Cruise of the new ship the Disney Treasure. and we will do the Western Caribbeans, Cozumel, MX, Grand Cayman, Falmouth, Jamaica, then Disney Castaway Cay. We will bring in the New Year 2025 out in sea. The fireworks are always awesome.
We love Helen, GA area, we use to work at an RV park near there years ago. We have family around there and been a few times. If you had more time, I would say go to Blue Ridge, GA and ride the train. We will be in NC next fall. It is beautiful and reminds us of Central NY where we were from, just a bit wetter. Sorry you’re still working, but sounds like you can still enjoy yourselves. Safe trip.
