Say Goodbye to Lightning McQueen's Racing Academy
Lightning McQueen's Racing Academy will be closing as of October 7, 2024 to make way for a new villain's show. A brand new Disney villains live stage show will debut at Sunset, Showcase in the summer of 2025. It will have villains such as Cruella De Vil, Captain Hook, and Maleficent. So if you want to have an opportunity to see Lightning McQueen, you're gonna have to act fast because Disney's doing it again, they're taking away another attraction to put in a new one. When there is space that they could have used elsewhere to build this attraction, at least in my opinion. Especially since this seems totally out of place.
I agree, they have so much property here in FL that is not yet being used that they could build on it and not takeaway popular rides and attractions. Walt must be flipping in his grave.
