Road Closure Sequoia National Forest
Posted by the National Parks Traveler, Road between Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks due to a sinkhole. A sinkhole materialized in a section of the Generals Highway between Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Park temporarily forced the National Park Service to close a stretch of the highway before late day repair on Tuesday. They spotted it in one lane of the road near Stoney Creek. They are still working on it to get it permanently fixed, there will be signs of working, so be careful. Hopefully it will be complete fixed soon.
