This Dark sugar has over the top depth and complex flavor that is outstanding for use on top of things like in a crumble. Don’t waste it as “Dark Brown Sugar” in a recipe. It’s talent is directly on the tongue. BTW, it generally keeps it’s moisture, unlike the cheap stuff that is refined and then molasses added back in.

If you are like me, you don’t like to use the artificial things. This is old school, but so much better than the modern “plastic” stuff sold in a blue can.
